News
The Open Door project closed on 30th September 2008. The staff and volunteers would like to take this opportunity once again, to thank everyone who has supported the project over many years, helping us to deliver essential services to the community.
We at Tcellchronicles would like to assure all readers and contributors that this project will continue as a historical archive and unedited voice of persons affected by HIV & AIDS globally.
This website will continue to offer an independent platform for persons to express themselves creatively. In this time when HIV organisations are being closed down and lost , we feel it is vital that the voices of our community are heard and documented .
In this time where the only interventions available are based on the medical model of disease and the psychosocial aspects of HIV are often ignored, it is possible that this website could offer a place to share experiences that could impact positively on a person’s mental health.
Let us not forget our triumphs or our struggles.
Let us not be silenced, let us be heard, acknowledged and remembered.
Thank you
Andrew Hanuman and the T-Cell Chronicles Team
